Registration documents and student card

  • How and when do I receive my registration documents?

Once your (re)registration has been processed, the student administrative services centre will provide you with the following documents:

  • 3 attestations confirming your registration (for the purchase of a season ticket with NMBS (SNCB), MIVB (STIB), De Lijn, ...)
  • an invoice for the fixed part of your tuition fee
  • ...

If you are a new student and you finalized your registration online, you will receive these documents by post. If you come to the campus to register, you will receive your documents at that time.

If during previous academic year you were already a student at Odisee, you will receive these documents in your Odisee mailbox once you have re-registered online for the upcoming academic year.

  • Affordable season ticket for De Lijn

If you would like to purchase a discounted season ticket for De Lijn (public transport company in Flanders), you can download a document on the student portal. 

More information about the season ticket of De Lijn can be found on the website van STUVO+ > Mobility > De Lijn (bus). 

  • Print your own attestations

As a student you can log in on My Admin where you can request an additional attestations;  confirming your registration, for the purchase of a season ticket from NMBS, etc. …  Shortly after you request them the attestations will be arrive in your Odisee mailbox.
If the attestation you would like to request is not mentioned in the list, you can contact the student administrative services centre on your campus via sa@odisee.be

  • When do I receive my student card ?

Your student card will be sent to you by postal mail, mid-September at the earliest.

  • What if I lose my student card?

The institution cannot be held liable for any abuse of a lost card.

You can request a new student card at the Student Administrative Services Centre for  € 5.
